She wanted to go to the bar, he arrived with chicken to cook, and it all ended in tragedy
27-year-old woman arrested in Wisconsin after admitting to fatally attacking her boyfriend following an argument
What seemed like a simple date night turned into a devastating scene in Wisconsin, United States, where a 27-year-old woman was arrested after admitting to authorities that she fatally attacked her boyfriend following an argument that began over something as mundane as dinner plans.
According to the court complaint, the young man, identified as Lukas Rosch, 25, arrived at his girlfriend Mikayla Kloth's apartment on the night of April 24 with chicken, seasonings, and the intention of preparing dinner in an air fryer. However, she was expecting something completely different: she wanted to go out to eat and then go to a bar. That difference in plans was enough to ignite a heated argument between the two.

Investigators detailed that, in the midst of the exchange, Mikayla became increasingly irritated because she felt her partner was “pushing her buttons.” The tension quickly escalated inside the apartment until the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him directly in the chest.
When officers arrived after a 911 call, they found Lukas lying on the floor bleeding profusely, while the young woman remained inside the apartment.

Although the young man was rushed to a nearby hospital, doctors were unable to save his life due to the severity of his injury. During the police procedure, Mikayla reportedly admitted without hesitation that she had attacked him and, while being taken to the station, made comments that shocked the officers, even lamenting that “he should have just gone to the bar.”
As the hours passed, even more disturbing details came to light. Sources close to the couple stated that Lukas had expressed concern about his girlfriend's behavior in the days leading up to the incident. According to the court records, he had even told another woman and the building's landlord that if anything happened to him, they should remember his name, as if he sensed something was wrong in the relationship.

Mikayla Kloth now faces a charge of first-degree intentional homicide, is being held on $2 million bail, and could spend the rest of her life in prison if convicted.
