Gua Musang - Malaysia. Siti Norelyana Kamarulzaman, a 21-year-old motorcyclist, is in an induced coma after suffering a serious accident at a traffic light near the Bendahara intersection on July 9. The event occurred when several logs falling from a truck hit Siti, causing multiple fractures and internal injuries.

Siti is currently hospitalized at the Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital (HRPZ) under strict medical surveillance. Injuries include fractures of the spine and ribs, as well as severe damage to the liver, spleen, gallbladder and intestines. Doctors have decided to induce a coma to prepare her for a series of complex surgeries.

Mohamad Azwa, the victim's brother, said Siti was transferred to the HRPZ for more specialized treatment. "Doctors informed us that surgery will be performed on her spinal cord, back, ribs, liver, spleen, lungs and gallbladder. Although she is sedated, she has shown a positive response in her legs and arms "he stated.

Video of the accident has been widely shared, leaving many shocked. "We hope for a miracle for my sister to recover. Our family appreciates everyone's prayers," added Mohamad Azwa. He also mentioned that Siti was planning to get married in December.

Nik Amnan Arif Nik Anuwar, Siti's fiancé, has asked the public to stop spreading false information about the incident and Siti's condition. "Several claims on social media have been incorrect, some even saying that Siti has died or that she is pregnant. All of these are false," said Nik Amnan.

The district's chief superintendent of police, Sik Choon Foo, explained that the accident occurred when the turntable of a truck broke while cornering, causing logs to fall and hit the motorcyclist.
