Young man loses his life in a violent event, those involved were captured

In a tragic event that occurred on the night of January 21 in the municipality of Barbosa, Santander, the young Jorge Fonseca, 18 years old, lost his life in a shocking manner. According to video records, Jorge was chased, cornered and wounded with a knife by four individuals.
Neighbors in the area captured the attack on the young man on video, where one of the attackers can be seen chasing him before attacking him with a huge knife. It is speculated that those involved and Jorge had had previous disagreements.
After committing the crime, the attackers quickly left the scene, but thanks to the prompt intervention of the authorities and the municipality, they were captured in the following hours. Those responsible for the homicide were identified as Yonni Gregorio Álvarez Linares, Edgar José Álvarez Linares, Jesús Alejandro Álvarez Linares and Vanesa Carolina Álvarez Linares.
Jorge Fonseca, recognized in the municipality for his love of the Atlético Nacional soccer team and his love for tecnocumbias, leaves a void in the municipality.
“We are very sad, I don't understand why there is so much intolerance in the town. He flies high ‘Flaco’. You will always be in my memories, a quality of person. Take care of me from heaven,” said a woman close to the deceased on her social networks.
