Tiktoker victim of femicide after stating that her partner had changed
The young woman, mother of four children, inspired her followers with messages of personal care
This Saturday, March 16, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, is dressed in mourning for the tragic death of Dulce Cristina Vaca Saldaña, a well-known 25-year-old TikToker who inspired thousands of followers with her videos on personal care and manifestation of goals. Unfortunately, her life was cut short in an act of violence.
The young woman, mother of four children, had revealed on previous occasions that she had been a victim of violence by her partner. Despite the concerns of her followers, Dulce Cristina tried to reassure them by stating that her husband had changed and that she no longer physically attacked her.
Tragically, days after her partner's birthday, on March 15, the stabbing murder of a woman in San Luis Potosí was reported. It was soon confirmed that this woman was Dulce Cristina Vaca Saldaña.
Neighbors reported that they detained the aggressor (her partner), who after committing the act had tried to hurt himself with a knife.
Furthermore, her participation in the International Women's Day March (8M) had resonated deeply among her followers, who now remember her with messages of solidarity and cries for justice.
