Driver defends passenger from harasser, cases of abuse increase

Violence against women in Mexico is highlighted again with two recent cases that have caused shock in the country. In Toluca, a bus driver becomes a hero by defending a young woman from a stalker, while in Puebla, a similar incident sparks public outrage.

In a second incident, which occurred in the Huexotitla area in the city of Puebla, a video circulating on social networks shows a man physically harassing a young woman in the middle of the street.
