Motorcyclist loses control: A pregnant woman in critical condition

An unfortunate accident occurred in Jacareí, São Paulo, last Friday afternoon, April 5, when five women from the same family, including three minors, were run over by an out-of-control motorcycle.

The security cameras of an establishment captured the shocking moment in which the women were walking on the sidewalk and were suddenly attacked.

The incident occurred around 5:50 p.m. on Teófilo Teodoro Resende road, located in the Jardim Colinas neighborhood. One of the victims, a nine-month pregnant woman, was seriously injured and had to be rushed to the Santa Casa de Jacareí.

Due to the severity of her condition, doctors opted to perform an emergency cesarean section to save the baby. Fortunately, the newborn is in good health, but her mother remains in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), fighting for her life.

Additionally, a 15-year-old girl suffered a broken leg as a result of the impact and was also admitted to the same hospital for treatment.

At this time, there is no information available about the motorcyclist involved in the accident.
