20-year-old man dies in broad daylight attack

Vasai, Mumbai, India – In a tragic event, a 20-year-old girl, Aarti Yadav, was murdered by her ex-partner, Rohit Yadav, in broad daylight. The attack occurred on Tuesday morning, June 18, in the Chinchpada area of ​​Vasai East, around 8:30 am, and was witnessed by numerous passers-by, although none intervened.

The attacker, Rohit Yadav, used a wrench to repeatedly hit Aarti on the head, killing her instantly. Eyewitnesses recorded the incident, revealing how Rohit stood next to the motionless victim on the ground, holding the wrench in his left hand.

At one point in the video, he is heard asking in Hindi: "Kyun kiya aisa mere saath?" ("Why did you do this?").

Preliminary police investigations suggest that the crime was motivated by a romantic relationship that went wrong. Rohit and Aarti had been in a relationship until she decided to end it a few days before the event.

Suspecting that Aarti had started dating someone else, Rohit, in a fit of rage, perpetrated this crime.

Following the attack, Waliv police arrested Rohit Yadav and registered a case of murder. Currently, deeper investigations are being carried out to clarify all the details and motives behind the crime.
