Young lawyer loses her life after tragic accident while trying to save a dog

In a regrettable event that occurred on the Babahoyo-Pueblo Nuevo road, in the Las Amazonas sector, the young lawyer Suad Saray Olalla Pinillo, 26 years old, lost her life after suffering a car accident. The accident occurred when the professional was trying to avoid running over a dog, which caused her to lose control of her vehicle, a white Kia Rio, and end up hitting a tree.

The accident caused significant damage to the car, but the most tragic thing was the loss of the life of Suad, who was known not only for her dedication to law, but also for her love of animals.

The lawyer, originally from Babahoyo and daughter of the renowned local doctor Dr. Misael Olalla Mera, was rushed to the Martín Icaza Hospital. However, doctors could only confirm her death upon arrival.

Witnesses reported that Suad tried to avoid the dog in her path, which caused her to lose control of the car and crash into a tree. A credential from the Forum of Lawyers of the Council of the Judiciary was found at the scene of the accident, confirming the identity of the young lawyer.

Family, friends and community members gathered at the hospital and then at the Babahoyo morgue to say their last goodbyes. Suad was a much-loved figure, known for her big heart and her constant work in favor of abandoned animals, as reflected in her social networks. Her last act, trying to save a dog, turned into a tragedy that claimed her life.

The body of Suad Saray Olalla Pinillo is being watched over in the Memorial Hall of Babahoyo. Her burial took place on Friday, September 6 at 3:00 p.m. in the Parque de la Paz cemetery, where more people came to say goodbye to her with tears and memories.
