The women committed the attack in the company of another individual who was also arrested
On a night marked by intolerance, two women, accompanied by a man, were captured by the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police after attacking three people with sharp weapons, two of them ex-partners of the aggressors. The incident took place on Tuesday, December 12, on Calle 5 and Carrera 17 in the Comuneros neighborhood, in the north of Bucaramanga.
The two women, ages 18 and 28, arrived at the scene on a motorcycle driven by a 23-year-old man. Upon seeing the three men, including their ex-partners, sitting on a platform, they got off the motorcycle and, after complaints and insults, attacked the victims with sharp weapons.
The three men were injured in the precordial region and in the back, and were quickly transferred by the Police to medical centers. Fortunately, they are stable and recovering from injuries that did not affect vital organs.
The Police managed to capture the two women and the man who accompanied them, seizing two knives and seizing the motorcycle on which they were traveling. The detainees were placed at the disposal of the Prosecutor's Office to define their legal situation, facing charges for the crime of personal injury.
The Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police calls for tolerance and dialogue as means to resolve conflicts, highlighting the importance of conciliation in this year-end season. In addition, it urges the community to request police support through line 123 if necessary.
