Carriers steal 60 million pesos from a farmer in Sabana de Torres

A brave witness who witnessed the scene quickly took the wounded man to the Sabana de Torres Integrated Hospital, where he was treated for two scalp injuries caused by the blow. Fortunately, he did not present serious head injuries and was released after receiving the necessary medical attention.

Police authorities are working hard on the investigation, collecting witness testimony and analyzing security camera recordings to find the whereabouts of the criminals. The community has expressed its concern about this type of unusual event in the region, and they have asked the authorities to find those responsible and reinforce security in the area.

“We are concerned because the farmers here have the habit of withdrawing money in cash and thus doing business. We do not know if the criminals are from here or perhaps foreigners, but we do ask the authorities to find those responsible for this act,” said a resident of Sabana.
