Ingrid Lima decided to carry out the paternity study after the birth of her daughter, Maitê, who until then had been publicly recognized as the daughter of Vinicius Tobias. In a statement on her social networks, the influencer clarified that she and the 20-year-old player were not together when the girl was born and that, during their relationship, she had an affair with an açaí delivery man. According to the LeoDias portal, this parallel relationship occurred while she was still romantically linked to Vinicius.

The scandal has not only involved Ingrid, but also the Brazilian player, who, according to the same portal, would also have been unfaithful during their courtship. This plot of betrayals quickly went viral on social networks, generating an intense debate among the couple's followers. The images of Vinicius Tobias with the tattoo "Maitê de amo" have become a symbol of the controversy.

On her social networks, Ingrid asked for respect towards the footballer and explained that it was she who requested that Vinicius not attend the birth or publish anything about the baby until paternity was confirmed. “I sincerely ask you to stop attacking him, it was at my request that he not attend the birth and not post anything about Maitê until the test was done.
